Doctor Penguin Cute from Whimsy Stamps

I colored him with Copics:  

Penguin -C1, C3, C5, C7 and 100, W1, W3, W5, W7 and colorless blender,

R20 for cheeks

Y17, Y38 and YR04 for the beak and feet

B93, B95, B97, B99 for the hat and jacket

Pen and cross on bag-  Lipstick Red in Promarker (I have one with a ultra fine tip and since the pen was small, I reached for that )

Bag- W1, W3, W5, W7

I added a stethoscope charm with some white floss and blue and red enamel dots add the finishing touches.
