Oh, Crop!

 Hey everyone, happiest of Tuesday's to you.   Today I am back with Day 4 of the March 2021 New Release Showcase from La-La Land Crafts.   Today I am showcasing the newest clear stamp set Oh, Crop! As well as the Happy Easter Die and the Build-A-Bunny-Die as well as the Double Stitched Eggs Die.  

The minute I saw the Double Stitched Eggs Die set and the Build-A-Bunny Die I knew that I needed to have a Bunny behind sticking out of tree- as if the bunny is going down into the tree and I absolutely love how it turned out.    

I used the Happy Easter Die with the Hello Baby Paper Pack as well as white cardstock with the Happy Easter Die.    I assembled my bunny behind, and colored with Spectrum Noir- the pads on the feet.   I lightly inked with Pumice Stone Distress Oxide.

Next I used the Wood Planks Clear Stamp Set to create my tree look- with Icing on the Cake Ink - from Catherine Pooler.    I used the Double Stitched Circles Die to create my hole in the tree and did my sentiment bar with the Double Stitched Rectangles Die- just got creative to make a bit smaller cutting over and over and layering.

I stamped my Bunny from the Oh, Crop! Clear Stamp Set and colored with Spectrum Noir.    I then added him to the bottom of the card.   Lastly I added a few dew drops to the card.

Farmer Marci from La-La Land Crafts

 Happy Monday!   Today I am back with Day 4 of the March 2021 New Release Showcase, and am sharing Farmer Marci.  Farmer Marci was a Club La-La Land Crafts Kit last year and she has now been released to the store as well.   I have also used the Barn Die- which was also part of the May Kit and is now part of this release.

I cut the Barn Die with White Cardstock and Colored Lightly.

I stamped Farmer Marci with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and cut with my Scan N Cut.

I stamped the Carrot Stamps from the Oh, Crop! Clear Stamp Set, again, part of this new release and colored with Spectrum Noir Illustrators JG1, JG3, JG5, JG7, OR1, OR2, OR3, EB1, EB3, White Gel Pen

I cut the Grass Border Die and the Grass Patches Dies- and colored with Spectrum Noir Illustrators.  JG1, JG3, JG5, JG7.

I used the Scalloped Rectangles Die and the Stitched Rectangles Die to cut my cardbase.  White Cardstock for the Scalloped Rectangles- and Double Stitched Rectangles with the Hello Baby Paper Pack.

I cut the Stitched Sun from the Stitched Sun and Clouds Die with Silver Metallic Cardstock as every farm needs a windmill.

Lastly I added the sentiment on the Long Flags Die- and added a few clear dew drops to the card.

I used the Three Pockets Die to create the pocket for my seed pouch.

I wanted to create a scene where the mice were taking care of the plants and love how this turned out.

I used the Plant Shelf Die and Plants dies to create my scene.

I used paper from the Home For Christmas Paper Pack, as well as the Spring Has Sprung Paper Pack.

I wanted the Wood like paper from the Home For Christmas Paper pack to look like wood on the walls kinda like wanescoating.

I added my mice around the card to finish my scene and love how it turned out.

Best Gnomies- Inspiration Monday with La-La Land Crafts

 Happy Monday!   Today I am back with another fun card featuring Best Gnomies from La-La Land Crafts.   This week our theme is Green, White and another color and with St. Patrick's Day just a few days away- figured why not take a St. Patrick's Day themed card.  

I stamped the Gnomes with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and cut with my Scan N Cut.

I colored with Spectrum Noir Illustrators:

Skin: FS6, FS7, FS8, FS2
Greens: AG1, AG2, AG3, AG4, JG1, JG3, JG5, JG7, DG1, DG2, DG3, DG4, LG1, LG3, LG4
Gold/Yellow tones: GY1, GY2, GY3, GY4, GY5

I used Distress Oxide Cracked Pistachio for the Clouds with the Summer is Here Layering Stencil.

I used the Scalloped Rectangles Die- layered to create a slimline card- I used the Asian Fusion Paper Pack as it was the perfect green to go along with my theme.

I used the Birch Tree Die, Garden Trellis Die and Garden Fence Die all in White, 

I cut the Sun from the Stitched Sun and Clouds Die and colored to me be my Gold/Yellow Tone.

I left the clouds from the Stitched Sun and Clouds Die white.

Next I cut the Grass Border Die and Grass Patches Die, Two Branches Die and Flower Bunch die - coloring with Spectrum Noir Markers.

I added my sentiment to one of the Long Flags Die, and a few Dew Drops added the finishing touches.

Poultry in Motion - Interactive card with La-La Land Crafts

Happy Monday!   Today I am back with a fun interactive card featuring Poultry in Motion and Best of Cluck from La-La Land Crafts.

I created a slider card, which allows the cute little chicks to move along the grass.   

   

I thought it would be cute to have the Rooster in front of the gate.... the chicks are cute- but maybe a bit mischievous or playful so maybe he is taking a break from the kids.

I used the Grass Border Die as well as the Grass Patches Die to create the scene with the grass- and hide my slider system.

Spectrum Noir:

Chicks: CT1, CT2, CT3, CT4, OR1, OR3

Bows: BP1, BP3, BP5

Rooster: DR1, DR3, DR5, IG1, Colorless Blender, OR1, OR3

Grass: JG1, JG3, JG5, JG7

Clouds: Cumberland Ink- Catherine Pooler

I used the Scalloped Rectangles Die-overlapping a bit to create a slimline- with the Spring Has Sprung Paper Pack, and used the Summer is Here Layering Stencil to create the clouds in the sky- using Catherine Pooler Cumberbund Ink.

I added some flowers from the Flower Bunch Die and behind Mr. Rooster, added two Garden Gates.

February 2021 Club La-La Land Crafts showcase

 Hi everyone!   Today I am back sharing a few more cards featuring the February 2021 Club La-La Land Crafts kit.   I just love everything about this kit.   

First up, I have Retro Marci sharing her get well wishes.    I stamped Marci on Neenah Classic Crest Cardstock and cut with my Scan N Cut.   

I colored with Spectrum Noir TriBlends and Illustrators:

I wanted to give Marci more of a preppy look, which is why I colored both the top and skirt the same color.   

I added the Jukebox Die- Cut with Tonic Mirror Card- in Black Velvet, and layered blue and pink cardstock behind to match the pattern paper.

I used the Celebrate Paper Pack (it's from the February 2021 release- and I have to admit one of my all time favorite packs).

I used the Double Stitched Squares Die as well as the Stitched Pennants Die- layering behind Marci.

I wanted Marci and the Jukebox to take center stage so I kept my layers simple for this card.

A few enamel dots- add the finishing touches.   

Next up, I have the Good Times Rubber Stamp- and I just think these poodles are the cutest ever.

I colored the poodles with Spectrum Noir Triblends:

Bowtie: True Blue Blend
Poodles: Ice Grey Blend
Hairbow: Bright Pink Blend, Bright Pink Shades
Cherry: Dark Red Blend

I used the Double Stitched Squares Die to create a dance floor for the poodles to have a bit of fun dancing on.

I used the Jukebox Die- cutting just the top off- reminding me of the jukeboxes you would see tableside at a diner like Gunther Toody's (not sure if they are located everywhere- but we have them here in Colorado).

I die cut the milkshake and added behind the poodles- I am thinking maybe they had a few milkshakes before dancing.

Again- I used the pattern paper from the February 2021 Release- Celebrate- have I told you it's my favorite so far?  Ha ha.

I added a few enamel dots to the card, adding the finishing touches.

Coffee is Life with La-La Land Crafts

 

Happy Monday!  This week the Design Team, is all about Clear Stamps and La-La Land Crafts has so many fun sets.   

For me, since I live on coffee, the Coffee is Life clear stamp Set was perfect for today!

I stamped the adorable hamsters on Neenah Classic Crest card and colored with Spectrum Noir Triblends:

I used the Scalloped Rectangles Die set to do a slimline card- doubling 2 of the dies- with a bit of overlap.

I used the new Celebrate Paper pack as my pattern paper and color scheme.

I added the Coffee Words Die, as well as the Coffee Cup Die and the Coffee Mugs Die and love how they add to the card.  

The Stitched Nested Circles Dies paired perfect with the Hamsters.

I used the arrow and the flags from the Stitched Elements Die.
