Too Glam to Give a Damn with Sassy and Crafty

Today I am back with another Guest DT card for Sassy and Crafty featuring Own it!   I love the Sassy Girls!



I stamped the image on Neenah Classic Crest Cardstock with Spectrum Noir Alcohol proof ink and colored her with Spectrum Noir Illustrators.   

FS6, FS7, FS8, PP3, DP1
LV1, LV2, LV3
TN1, TN3, TN5, TN7
BT3, BT5




I inked the edges with Spectrum Noir Water Reactive ink in Noir Black.


I used the Scalloped Rectangles dies from La-La Land Crafts to make my base as well as the Mandala Die from La-La Land Crafts.

I used pattern paper from Crafter's Companion Vintage Lace 6 x 6 pad for the paper and black cardstock from my stash.




I do not tend to do more simple cards as I prefer lots of layers but I wanted something classy for this image and absolutely love how she turned out.

I added a brad and some wire and used the sentiment (cut out from the Scalloped Rectangle Dies) and made it like a plaque on the wall.

Graduation Mae

Today I am back with a graduation card.   My boss's daughter was graduating Kindergarten via Zoom and I wanted her to have a special graduation card, so Graduation Mae from Some Odd Girl to the rescue.



I printed her on my go to Neenah Classic Crest Card.   I fussy cut her this time rather than using my Scan N Cut only because it was late and did not want to wake the house.

I colored with Spectrum Noir Illustrators
FS6, FS7. FS8, FS3, DP1
GY1, GY3, GY4, GY5, EB1
IG1, IG3, IG5, IG7
PP3, LV1, LV3
TB3, TB5



I used some Doodlebug pattern paper from my stash.   I inked all of my edges with Midnight and Fuschia Water Reactive Ink from Spectrum Noir.  

I cut the graduation cap and sentiment on my silhouette and the circles behind Mae with the Stitched Edge Circles from Crafter's Companion.  

A few star enamel dots from Queen and company add the finishing touch.

Ballerina Marci from La-La Land Crafts

Today I am back with a card featuring Ballerina Marci from La-La Land Crafts.



I printed this digi (also available in rubber stamp)  on Neenah Classic Crest Cardstock.

I cut with my Scan N Cut and then colored with Spectrum Noir Illustrators.

I used some Prima Marketing Say it in Crystals Jewels from the Santa Baby and Rosibelle Collections to add the finishing touches.

You Drive Me Glazy with Stamp Anniething

Today I am back with a card featuring You Drive Me Glazy from Stamp Annie Thing.  Right now you can get this image for free!





I printed the image on Neenah Classic Crest card and cut with my Scan N Cut.

I colored with Spectrum Noir Illustrators:

FS6, FS7, FS8, PP3, DP1
TN1, TN3. TN5, TN7, TN9
EB1. EB3, EB5
PP1, PP3, PP4, PP6




I used The Stamp Doctor Circles #2 to cut my card base and circle layers.


I inked all layers with Harmony by Spectrum Noir Water Reactive Ink in Noir Black.

I used some Doodlebug paper scraps from various pads that I felt matched my color scheme.



Lastly I added some Doodlebug glitter enamel dots in coordinating colors.

I popped my image up with some foam tape to finish the card.

Big Flouncy Peony

Dropping by with another card for the monthly challenge over at the Spectrum Noir Creative Community on Facebook. 

This month's challenge is Monochrome. You can enter any project you want as long as it follows the theme and uses SN products. The randomly picked winner will receive £30/ $30 / €30 to spend.





Now for my card. 


I used the Big Flouncy Peony Digi from Power Poppy.


I printed on Neenah Classic Crest cardstock and colored with Spectrum Noir Illustrators:

BP1, BP3, BP5, BP6, BP7
DG1, DG3


I fussy cut the flower and used foam tape to mount my stamp on my card base.

I used pattern paper and cardstock from my stash.

I inked the edges of my paper with Harmony by Spectrum Noir Water Reactive ink in Fuschia.

I used enamel dots from my stash and ribbon from Fun Stampers Journey.

I added another Power Poppy Sentiment to the card to add the finishing touch.

The Monster from Simpy Betty Stamps

Happy Friday!  Today I am back with a new release from Simply Betty Stamps.  I have The Monster to share.  




I printed the image on my go to Neenah Classic Crest cardstock and cut with my Scan N Cut.

I colored with Spectrum Noir Illustrators:

I cut my card base with the Scalloped Rectangles from La-La Land Crafts Scalloped Rectangle Dies
I used the Stitched Elements dies for the Ovals.


I used cardstock from my stash, and Doodlebug Candy Carnival 6 x 6 paper pad for the paper and embellishments.   Enamel dots also from Doodlebug.

I inked all of the edges of my layers with Harmony by Spectrum Noir Jet Black Water Reactive Ink.

Own it! From Sassy and Crafty

I am so excited to be guest designing this month for Sassy and Crafty.    I chose Sassy Girls-Own it! and love the set.    I love makeup and even more love the concept behind this set.




I stamped on Neenah Classic Crest Card from Crafter's Companion with Spectrum Noir Alcohol proof ink and colored with Spectrum Noir Illustrators

I cut my circles with Crafter's Companion Stitched Circles dies and inked my edges with Harmony by Spectrum Noir water reactive ink- Noir Black ink.



I added some die cut ephemera in a makeup theme and some digital papers that I had.  

I hand cut the sentiment banner and inked the edges as well.

A few enamel dots added the finishing touches.

A Sprinkle of Flowers from Polka Dot Orchard

I'm so honored to be joining the Polka Dot Orchard Design Team and for my first project I got to play with the set- A Sprinkle of Flowers.   


I decided to use the sympathy sentiment as I needed a sympathy card, so I used the sympathy sentiment.

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Illustrators:

DR1, DR3, DR5, DR7
DG1, DG2, DG4




I then fussy cut the rose out.

I inked all of the papers with Spectrum Noir Red Berry water reactive ink - pattern papers from my stash and black cardstock from Crafter's Companion.  



I used the stitched edge circles  from Crafter's Companion to do my mats for my rose.

I used the July gems from Studio Katia to add the finishing touches.

Now onto my card.



I used

I colored this digi set from Power Poppy Kindness is the Way with Spectrum Noir Illustrators.


RB1, RB2, RB4, 
EB 1, EB2, EB4, EB7, FS6

I printed 2 of the single flowers and colored them and then popped up with foam tape.




I inked the edges of the image with Harmony Water Reactive Ink from Spectrum Noir in Seal Brown.

I then matted on black and brown cardstock from my stash. 

Lastly I added a sentiment from Power Poppy from the Flowering Branches set and a few gems to add the finishing touches.
