Naughty or Nice?!

Happy Friday!  This week our theme over at La-La Land Crafts is Naughty or Nice?!

I decided that this cute little guy from the Jolly Elves Clear Stamp Set could be a bit mischievous and might not be up to no good.

I colored him with Spectrum Noir Illustrators:

Skin: FS1, FS6, FS7, FS8
Clothing: DR1, DR3, DR5, DR7, IG1, IG3, IG5

I used the sentiment from Santa Mona to pair with the cute elf.

I used the Little Merry Christmas Paper Pack and paired with cardstock from my stash.

I used the Photo Elements Die along with the Wreath With Bow Die to create the focal point for my cute elf.

I used the Scalloped Square Die along with the Double Stitched Squares Die to create a mat to add the photo die to.

I added the camera from the Photo Elements Die to the corner, and a few enamel dots to the card and wreath.

I used the Long Flags Die to cut the sentiment to add the finishing touches.

I hope you enjoyed my project today. Don’t forget to go and see the rest of the team’s creations over at the LaLa Land Crafts Blog

Black, White and another color with La-La Land Crafts

Happy Monday all!   Today I am back with another Inspiration Monday post.  This week we are using the colors Black and White and another color (of our choice).   Since my favorite color is Purple, and Halloween is less than a week away- I just knew I needed a Halloween card, with my added color of Purple.

I stamped Witch Marci Rubber Stamp on Neenah Solar White Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, and cut her with my Scan N Cut.

I colored her with Spectrum Noir Illustrators:

Skin: BG1, BG3, BG5, BG7, BG9
Hat, Dress, Stockings and shoes : CG1, CG3, CG5, CG7, CG9, PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, White Gel Pen
Hair: PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, Hair ties- BG1, BG3
Broom: BG1, BG3, BG5, PL1, PL3

I used some black and white patterns from the Love You More Paper Pack from La-La Land Crafts.

I used both the Pierced Scalloped Circles Dies as well as the Stitched Nested Circles Dies with glitter cardstock in Black and Purple.  I used the same glitter cardstock with the Cobweb Die and cut them down the middle and then layered the purple and the black.

I used the Cauldron from the Halloween House Add on Die, with the same Purple Cardstock.

I then took some purple and white enamel dots and made them look like they were coming up from the cauldron.   I also added to a few other places on the card.

Lastly I used the Stitched Pennants Die to cut the sentiment out, along with the same Purple glitter cardstock.

Cozy Mona with La-La Land Crafts

Happy Monday!   Today Team Monday is back with a Fall Theme.

There are so many awesome products in the La-La Land Crafts shop that can be used for a Fall Themed card.  I chose Cozy Mona.   Fall is one of my favorite seasons- I love long sweaters, tall boots and cozy leggings or jeggings.

I stamped Mona with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on Neenah Classic Crest Cardstock and then cut with my Scan N Cut.

I colored her with Spectrum Noir Illustrators:

Skin: FS2, FS6, FS7, FS8, DP1
Hair: TN1, TN3, TN5, TN7, TN9
Sweater: BT1, BT3, BT5, BT7, Colorless Blender and piece of terry cloth bath towel to achieve fleece like look
Shirt: BG1, BG3, BG5, BG7
Jeans: TB1, TB3, TB5, TB7, TB9 Colorless blender and piece of denim for jeans look
Boots: MB1, MB3, M4
White Gel Pen

I used the Daisies on My Mind Stencil, on both the Double Stitched Square die with Spectrum Noir Ink Lagoon and the Double Stitched Rectangles with Spectrum Noir Bordeaux Ink.

I used Colorless Blender and a piece of an old terry cloth bath towel to create a fleece look.

I wanted to try to replicate one of my favorite fleece sweaters and love how it turned out.

I used colorless blender and a piece of demin on the jeans to add a bit of denim texture to her pants.

I used the Jingle Bells Wreath minus the bells to create a fall look.

I cut the sentiment with the Large Nested Frames die, and then inked with the same Bordeaux ink pad.

I used the Lets Get Inky 6 x 6 paper pack and the new Scalloped Square Die for the base of my square layer.

I used the Stitched Nested Circles Dies to cut circles with the Asian Fusion Paper Pack as well as the gold circles to layer.

I used the same black and gold cardstocks to cut the Asian Landscape Border.

I cut a black layer from the same black cardstock and used Spectrum Noir Midas Ink - in Gold Metallic Pigment to sponge in the Asian Flair Layering Stencil set.

I used the Knot and Coin Die in between the circles and the Good Fortune Kids. I added gold brads to the knots.

I used the Long Flags Die and cut with black cardstock.

I heat embossed the sentiment on the Long Flag Die with Gold Embossing Powder.

Lastly I used the Asian Landscape Border Die in the same Gold Cardstock and used at the top.
