Masculine challenge with Rubbernecker stamps

Hey everyone, it's time for another Challenge over on the Rubbernecker Blog.

This time, the challenge is Masculine.    I was so excited to use the New Tool set, and even better there are matching Dies.   Get the tool set here and the dies here.

I embossed the metal foil paper with an embossing folder, and used some screw tip brads I had in my stash.

I colored the images with my Spectrum Noir markers:  DR1, DR3, DR5, DR7, CR6, CG1, CG2, CG3
C1, C3, C5, TB2, TB4  and copics- E11, E15 and E18

Watercolor Butterflies from Rubbernecker stamps

Hello Everyone!

I am back with another card from Rubbernecker stamps.   I am absolutely in love with the Butterfly stamps.  I used 3025 Butterflies 1 available here and the Best friends set 3032 for the sentiment available here.  Both are available in Clear Sets.

I stamped the butterflies with Black Stazon Ink, and watercolored them with Zig Clean Color Brush markers.

I used the following colors:
033 Persian Green, 081 Light Violet, 202 Peach Pink
025 Pink, 200 Soft Almond Pink, 010 Black, 302 Haze Blue

Head on over to Rubbernecker stamps for these awesome stamps and so much more.

Egg Shaped Card from Cutting Cafe

Be sure to visit the Cutting Cafe Blog on the 7th and the 21st of every month for our design teams inspirational post in which by leaving a comment you will be entered into a drawing to win 3 free sets of your choice from the online store.

Now on to this week’s inspiration!

This week we could choose anything Easter from the Cutting Cafe Shop.

I chose the Egg Shaped Card set available here,  and also used the butterflies from the Everday Shapes Window Card tops available here.  I loved this set because it is so versatile.

Here is my card.   I inked the edges with Memento brown ink and added some flowers, a few decorative buttons and flat back pearls to the butterflies.

And a slightly closer look at the butterflies.

 Hope you enjoy!

Now on to this weeks inspiration!

This week we used the Mason Jar Shaped Card or we could have used the Jar shaped cards set found here.

I added a sheet of transparency, to turn into a shaker card and used the hearts from the set, to add in with the sequins and mini prills.

I love how this turned out, a little vintage, a little shabby chic!
