Batty about our friendship

Today I am back with my final spooky card for Witt and Sass.  Stencil week continues and I had so much fun this week.

I used I used the Background builder Graveyard stencil, and the Stamp set Sexy Hexy Hilda

I used stamped the bat and the moon from Sexy Hexy Hilda on Hammermill Paper, Premium Color Copy Cover Cardstock, and then stamped on masking post it tape.   I then put over the images to mask off.

I then used Tim Holtz distress oxides in black soot, broken china and picked raspberry to create the background.   After this was done I removed the masking paper and colored the images with Copics:

Bats: W1, W3, W5
Moon: Y35, Y17

I then used the Background builder Graveyard stencil with Brilliance white pigment ink.

I stamped the sentiment and then cut out a banner flag.

Once done, I added a left over piece of a die cut created on my silhouette.

I hope that you enjoyed this card.

See you soon!

Snow Family Blessings from The Stamp Doctor

Today I am back with a very fun card I made with the Snow Family Blessings from The Stamp Doctor.

I love this set because it has a matching die!

I stamped the image on
Hammermill Paper, Premium Color Copy Cover Cardstock which is one of my favorite papers to stamp on and use for digis because I love how Copics react with the paper.    I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

I colored the snowmen up with Copic Markers.

Hats and gloves-
 R89, R85, R83, R81
BG49, BG45, BG11

YG09, YG63- for the carrot nose

W1, Colorless blender- for the snowman blend
R20- for the cheeks

I cut the base layers with the A2 Layers combo.   I used papers from Authentique Solitude 6 x 6 paper pad.

I stamped the sentiment and then cut it out by hand.  I then inked it with Tim Holtz Distress ink in Mermaid Lagoon.

I added part of a christmas spray I bought at Michaels.  I used Aleene's 15601 Original Tacky Glue, 16-Ounce.

Ghostly Greetings

Today I am back with another fun card featuring stencils from Witt and Sass.

I used the Layered stencil Ghost and Background builder Graveyard stencil, and the Background builder lightning stencil

I inked the background with Distress Oxide Seedless Preserves and  Broken China, added the distress oxide black ink for the grave and  Brilliance white pigment ink for the ghost.

I wanted to use some non-traditional colors for the card which is why I chose the pink and sea green.

I inked the edges with the Black Soot ink.   I added some crystal gems to the card to add a finishing touch.

Hope you check out all of the fun stencils that Witt and Sass has to offer!

See you soon!
