Balloons Tia from Some Odd Girl

I am back today with a fun image from Some Odd Girl- Balloons Tia.   She is perfect for any celebration!

I used the A2 Layers Combo dies from The Stamp Doctor, and the Balloons and Strings Dies 

as well as the Nested Oval Dies #1.

I inked the card layers with Lawn Fawn Plastic Flamingo ink. 

I added some Doodlebug Sprinkles to the card to add the finishing touch.   

I then added a sentiment I had typed to the card.
