Talise from Sweet November Stamps and 7 Kids Crafts

Today I am back with a beautiful mermaid from Sweet November Stamps and 7 Kids Crafts- Talise.

I used pattern paper from my stash and a few beach themed buttons.

I inked the paper with Spectrum Noir - Parakeet.

 I added some gems from my stash and some glitter tape to the card to bring out the blue.  

I used the 3" Tag topper from The Stamp Doctor,  for the tag popping up.
